I’ve made those tweaks, I’ve added my experience (both personal and clinical) and I’ve made the GAPS Diet way easier.
If you’ve never made any dietary changes before (or only minimal changes), then I recommend choosing the 12 week program.
If you’ve made heaps of dietary changes in the past and your diet is close to resembling something like the Paleo Diet, then I recommend you choose the 8 week program.
