  • This will depend on what stage of your healing you’re on, your budget, when your test results arrive back and how much help you need to stay on track.  Generally, I will have given you a suggested timeframe at the bottom of your ‘Consult Notes and Treatment Plan’ email, along with a link to the appointment type that I recommend that you book.If you feel that you need to see me sooner, please feel welcome to book an earlier appointment.

  • If you have more than 24 hours until your appointment time, you can scroll to the bottom of your confirmation email (sent at the time of booking) and click the button to change your appointment.  If you have less than 24 hours until your appointment, you will notice that this option no longer works and you will need to email me.

  • Always feel welcome to email if you are having problems.  There’s no sense in suffering until your next appointment or just not following the plan until your next appointment.  That’s wasting valuable healing time.  Email me and if it’s possible, we’ll make some tweaks to get you moving again.

  • These questions are generally best answered by the SIBO Test Lab. They are the experts on how to get the best results for your SIBO Test. And they are also VERY friendly and helpful. You can call them on (02) 6684 0814, Monday – Friday 9am -5pm.

  • This will depend on the dosage that I’ve recommended for you but generally speaking:200ml = 2 weeks500ml = 6 weeks.

  • Absolutely!, Just head back into The Dispensary —> Prescriptions —> and choose the size you would like to order.  Your prescription is valid for 12 months from the date of the prescription.  Herbal Liquid Subscriptions are coming soon.

  • I’ve set you up with a standing 12 month prescription for all of your prescribed tablets, capsules or powders, including the discount I gave you!  Simply go to www.vital.ly, login in to your account and re-order whatever you need.

  • Now that will depend on how quickly international shipping is taking.  Your kit comes from the UK and is shipped to the lab in the US.  Seems strange?  I’ve chosen the most reputable lab that gives me the most comprehensive results for the most reasonable price.  Sadly, the Australian labs are letting us down here.
